How do I claim my order?
Once your order has been approved by our team, it's time to claim it!
You will receive a Discord DM from us when your order is ready to be claimed.
If you have not yet received this DM, your order is still being processed - you will not be able to claim your order!
Here's how you can claim your order once you've received the order confirmation DM:
Join our Discord server
Go to the #claim-nitro channel and create a new ticket
Follow the steps in the ticket to claim your order!
Your Order ID
You will need your Order ID to claim your order - you can find it in the order notification DM, your notifications on NitroEarn, or in your list of transactions on the Wallet page.
Your Discord account
Make sure that you claim the order using the same Discord account as the one linked to your NitroEarn account! For security reasons, we can only give your order to the Discord account linked.
Can I gift my order to someone else?
Yes - when you claim your order, we'll either send you a gift link or gift card code depending on your order. You can send this to someone else for them to claim!
