What is a chargeback?

Sometimes the offer provider may reverse any offer that you've completed, removing the NitroCoins from your account. This is called a chargeback.

Chargebacks are issued by the offer provider if they believe you have not done the offer correctly (including rushing in surveys, providing false info, using a VPN, etc.). Offer providers may issue chargebacks even weeks after you've completed the offer.

What happens if I receive a chargeback?

Even if you receive a chargeback, you can still use NitroEarn. However, please ensure that you follow our Earning Rules to prevent further chargebacks.

If you have a negative NitroCoins balance, you can still complete offers and earn NitroCoins to return your account balance to a positive value.

Please note that depending on how many chargebacks you have, we may mark future orders as High Risk. Frequent chargebacks on your account may result in your account being disabled.

The chargeback was incorrect, how can I correct it?

As chargebacks are issued by the offer provider, we are unable to undo them. If you believe that the chargeback was issued incorrectly, please contact the offer provider directly.

How do I avoid getting chargebacks?

To avoid getting any chargebacks on your account, make sure that you're following all of our policies, especially our Earning Rules.
