If your order was marked as High Risk, it means that we believe that there is a higher than average probability of the offer provider removing NitroCoins you've already earnt. Because of this, your order must be put on hold to ensure that your account doesn't enter a negative NitroCoin balance.
You can still claim your order after 60 days have passed, given there are no additional chargebacks on your account. The 60 days waiting period is the standard waiting period set by our offer pages to ensure that your account doesn't have a negative NitroCoin balance. We are unable to change this.
Yes, however if further suspicious activity is detected, we may mark future orders as High Risk.
This may be because we've detected VPN usage on your account, suspicious offer activity or unusually quick survey completions. If you've got multiple chargebacks on your account, this may have also caused your order to be marked as High Risk.
